Contestants' Agencies

Somebody had a post that listed which agencies the contestants were signed with, but s/he is no longer a member. I thought it might be useful to keep it as updated as possible. But I need your help!

-Please list all the agencies with which a contestant has been signed, even if she is no longer with them.
-Please let me know with which agency/agencies a contestant is no longer signed.
-And, of course, please let me know with which agency/agency a contestant is signed and it's not on here.

Note: I know various contestants don't model anymore, but I'm still listing the agencies they used to be signed with, anyway, since some people are curious.
