It's a very strange, slightly boring setup. Playing dead? Where's the Noir drama?

Poor girl looks too thin. What has the fashion industry done to our lovely Kat? She looked so sexy during the show... now she looks almost spidery. Still, I guess she's getting good work.

If you look at her thighs, you can see she's far from being sickly thin. Yeah, she's thin but she's not at a point where it's horribly unhealthy (depending on her genetics that is).

As far as the "thin comments," I think the reason so many have commented about her frail physique is because we know how healthy she used to look while on ANTM compared to now. However, I think if she was a model whose former body we'd never seen before, there would be few remarks regarding her body considering that (sadly) such a look is the norm in the industry. I'm definitely not criticizing anyone who said she looks too thin because I agree, but I also believe most models appear the same way and that Kata's appearance while scary, is normal by industry standards.

IA! I believe Kata got smaller to get work, as do a lot of girls.

Despite ANTM being a shit gate-way to the industry, I truly do believe there are girls who go on expecting it to open doors, even if they're not the winner. Thus, I find it somewhat irresponsible for ANTM to let girls on the show who are not plus-size but too big or out of proportion knowing that they will be told to lose a lot of weight. A girl of Tahlia size, would be asked to lose a lot or even flat-out rejected over that one issue. On the flip-side, Celia is very thin. But her body proportions look off (ime). I guess my point is that the industry is typically really specific when it comes to bodies and most of these girls aren't measuring up at all. I'm not saying they need to be "Kata thin" but I think other NTMs get it right most times when they pick contestants. ANTM is kind of needlessly unrealistic these days.

Jesus Christ you guys are ridiculous. Any other comments besides "eat something!" on here?!?
I'm so glad she's succeeding, and I actually really love these pictures, but I just hope she stays healthy. It's a dangerous line she's on.
